Backed by 20+ years of combined recruitment experience and a 3-year Northern Territory Government contract, Grange Group Recruitment was founded by recruitment managers who were tired of watching southern agencies parachute in, place the wrong people, and leave local businesses to pick up the pieces.
We started with a simple commitment: know the work, know the people, and never send a worker to a site they aren't ready for. Today that same commitment underpins every placement we make — from a single trades hire in Darwin to a full crew mobilised to a remote community.
